These instructions apply only to Snaky Jam: Color Puzzle.

Optional Gameplay Analytics

To stop optional Unity Analytics collection and request deletion of Analytics data associated with this installation, open Snaky Jam and choose Settings > Privacy Choices > Disable & Delete Analytics Data. The game remains playable when Analytics is disabled.

Choosing this option submits a deletion request; it does not confirm that server-side deletion has completed. This Analytics deletion request does not delete your game account, cloud-save data, purchase-entitlement records, or advertising-partner records.

If you cannot access the game or need help with a broader data request, contact support@gokraft.net with the subject Snaky Jam Data Deletion Request. Please identify the game as Snaky Jam: Color Puzzle and describe your request. Do not send payment card details or purchase receipts by email.
