Snaky Jam: Color Puzzle — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Gokraft Games Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Snaky Jam: Color Puzzle (the "Game"). This page applies only to Snaky Jam: Color Puzzle.

Information We Collect

We may collect or receive the following types of information, depending on the features enabled in the Game:

Gameplay Analytics

Snaky Jam: Color Puzzle uses Unity Analytics to understand game performance, improve level balance, and diagnose gameplay and purchase flows. In iOS version 1.0 (1070), gameplay analytics starts automatically once your game account is ready if you have not previously chosen otherwise. Previously saved refusals and account-specific Analytics deletion stops remain respected. Collection pauses when the game changes accounts until the new account has been verified. Analytics is associated with your Unity Authentication player identifier. Unity may also process installation and device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP addresses, app version, session information, and technical data.

Our predefined events describe gameplay and product flows, including level outcomes, attempts, active play time and elapsed time, tutorial progress, boosters, revives, waiting-slot use, feature use, offer views and selections, purchase delivery and claim states, and changes to in-game lives, currency and inventory. Advertising measurements include ad request and result states, ad format, currency, revenue value and its reported precision. Purchase measurements may include a product key, currency, store catalogue price and a test-purchase marker; catalogue prices are not a record of the amount actually charged. Our custom analytics events do not contain your name, email address, payment card details, purchase receipts, transaction identifiers, advertising SDK error messages, or free-form text. Purchase validation and game-account services process their own records separately.

iOS version 1.0 (1070) does not provide a separate in-game switch to disable gameplay analytics or an Analytics-only deletion button. This version does not offer an in-game Ad Preferences button. For help with advertising privacy choices, contact support using the details below. Apple's tracking permission is managed separately in iOS settings. Contact support@gokraft.net for help with access, correction, or deletion requests. A request does not confirm that deletion has been completed. How We Use Information

Depending on the features enabled in the Game, we use information to provide and operate the Game, save and restore progress, process in-app purchases, provide optional advertising, measure performance, prevent fraud or invalid traffic, improve gameplay, provide support, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal, platform, and store requirements.

Advertising and Consent

The Game may show ads through advertising and mediation partners. These partners may use information such as device identifiers, approximate location, ad interaction data, and technical information to provide ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud or abuse. Advertising-partner collection applies when those advertising features are enabled.

Where permitted by your device settings and applicable law, we may share advertising-related information, app events, purchase events, device identifiers, and advertising identifiers with advertising measurement and attribution partners to measure campaign performance, attribute installs and in-app events, prevent fraud, and support advertising.

Depending on your region and device settings, we or our partners may ask for your consent before using data for personalized advertising. On iOS, you may also see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change tracking permissions in your device settings.

If you do not allow tracking or personalized ads, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant.

In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the app store provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

Game Progress and Account Services

Depending on its enabled features, the Game may use account, platform, or online services, including services such as Unity Authentication, Unity Cloud Code, Apple Game Center, or Google Play Games, to operate features, validate time-sensitive rewards, save progress, restore data, or support gameplay across sessions or devices. Removing the Game from a device may not remove data associated with your game account through online, platform, or account services. The in-game Delete User Data option resets saved game progress and game data for your current game profile. It keeps your game sign-in account and its Apple Game Center connection. Purchase identity and delivery records needed to prevent duplicate grants and support restoration are retained. This game reset does not delete all personal data, Analytics records, advertising or attribution records, or your Apple purchase history.

Analytics, game-account and cloud-save data, purchase-entitlement records, and advertising-partner records are separate categories. A data request must identify the relevant scope.

Third-Party Services

Depending on the Game's enabled features, we may use third-party services to operate the Game, provide ads, process purchases, analyse performance, store progress, authenticate users, and provide platform features. These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies.

These services may include providers such as Unity, Google, Apple, Tenjin, and other advertising, analytics, attribution, platform, or game service providers.

Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13 unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Game, support users, improve our services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Privacy Choices and Data Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting us at support@gokraft.net. We may need to verify your request before responding.

You can control advertising tracking permissions through your device settings. On iOS, you can manage tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

For questions or requests about gameplay analytics and other game data, contact support@gokraft.net and identify the game as Snaky Jam: Color Puzzle. Please describe your request. We may need to verify the relevant account before responding. Do not send payment card details or purchase receipts by email. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
