These Terms of Service apply to Empire Defense: Rome TD, provided by Gokraft Games Ltd. By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.
The Game
Empire Defense: Rome TD is a mobile game. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or exploit the Game or any part of it except where permitted by applicable law.
Accounts, Progress, and Online Services
The Game may use account, platform, or online services to support gameplay features, save progress, restore data, process purchases, provide ads, and improve the Game.
Game progress, virtual items, settings, and related gameplay state may depend on platform or online services. These services may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or changed from time to time.
Virtual Items and Purchases
The Game may include virtual currencies, items, upgrades, or other digital content. These items are licensed for use in the Game only and have no real-world monetary value.
Purchases are processed by the platform where you downloaded the Game, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another supported store. Refunds, billing issues, and payment disputes are handled according to the rules of the relevant platform.
We may modify, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items, rewards, gameplay systems, or offers where reasonably necessary for gameplay, technical, business, or legal reasons.
Ads and Third-Party Services
The Game may show ads or use third-party services for advertising, analytics, purchases, account features, or technical functionality.
Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Game. This includes cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized tools, interfering with online services, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Game in a way that harms other users, the Game, or related services.
We may restrict access to features or take other reasonable action if we believe the Game is being misused.
Intellectual Property
The Game, including its name, artwork, code, characters, designs, audio, text, gameplay systems, and other content, is owned by Gokraft Games Ltd or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Game or any related intellectual property to you.
Updates and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Game at any time. Updates may be required to continue using some features.
We do not guarantee that the Game or any specific feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gokraft Games Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of progress, data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Game.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may provide notice through the Game, website, platform listing, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the Game after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
