This Privacy Policy explains how Gokraft Games Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our game, Empire Defense: Rome TD (the "Game").

Advertising and Consent
The Game may show ads through advertising and mediation partners. These partners may use information such as device identifiers, approximate location, ad interaction data, and technical information to provide ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud or abuse.
Depending on your region and device settings, we or our partners may ask for your consent before using data for personalized advertising. On iOS, you may also see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change tracking permissions in your device settings.
If you do not allow tracking or personalized ads, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant.
In-App Purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the app store provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
Game Progress and Account Services
The Game may use account, platform, or online services to save progress, restore data, and support gameplay features across sessions or devices. Deleting the Game from your device may remove local data from that device, but it may not delete progress or records stored through online, platform, or account services. If you use an in-game option to delete user data where available, your local progress may be reset and related saved data may also be updated or replaced.

We may use third-party services to operate the Game, provide ads, process purchases, analyse performance, store progress, authenticate users, and provide platform features. These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
These services may include providers such as Unity, Google, Apple, and other advertising, analytics, platform, or game service providers.
Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Game, support users, improve our services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud or abuse.
Privacy Choices and Data Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting us at support@gokraft.net. We may need to verify your request before responding.
You can control advertising tracking permissions through your device settings. On iOS, you can manage tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Where available, the Game may also provide in-game options to delete local user data or manage privacy choices.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws.
